12 hour rental* for ceremony and/or reception**
1 hour rehearsal on wedding week on a mutually agreed upon time (M-Th)
Property use for engagement photos (by appointment only) and day of wedding photos
A variety of round and rectangle table and chairs for up to 300 guests
Bridal suite with hair & make up stations
Grooms quarters with lounge area & television
Complimentary day of coordinator services
Heating and air conditioning for year round comfort

Couples can choose to host their ceremony and reception at Pine Hollow Farms for an all-in-one day giving couple, their guests & the bridal party plenty of time to relax and enjoy the day together. To add-on your ceremony, it is an additional $500 and includes all of the above inclusions, as well as a team to assist flipping the room and/or patio to prep for the ceremony & reception. The investment prices listed below does not include the ceremony add on.
what is a day of coordinator?

Our Day of Coordinators will walk hand-in-hand with you in your final stages of planning and guide you, your bridal party, family, and your vendor team throughout the wedding day. Just think of them as your own personal fairy godmother, ready to keep you all on track and allowing you to relax and not have to lift a finger!
Venue rental fees range from $7,000 to $8,500 for a non-holiday Saturday and is based seasonally. Friday and Sunday dates are also based on the season. There is no catering or beverage minimum for events.

To serve each our couples with our full attention, we only reserve one event or wedding per day. To hold your date on our calendar, we require a completed service agreement and a deposit equal to 50% of your total investment.
